These patches stick and are effective for much longer than 8 hours. They heat up very well. I have sensitive skin so it burns a little at the beginning but it takes away the pain really fast. Knee patches are very easy to apply and work great to minimize joint pain. These are nicely adhesive and provide long-lasting relief from knee pain, joint stiffness, and relief from soreness. These pain relief patches stick well and last all day. My knees really appreciate having these. recommended!

I was not expecting any relief, but ...
I was not expecting any relief, but wanted to give it a shot. I’ve been buying patches, tape, knee braces etc., with no positive results. I have needed 2 knee replacements for a few years now, but living alone with a German Shepard and no one to help me, I’ve put it off. This will not heal the knees, but it sure did help with managing the pain so I could stay on my feet longer. Good adhesion and was still firmly in place the next morning. I’ve also put this on my lower back and it has helped.

I'm a fan of these pain relief patches...
I'm a fan of these pain relief patches, which are a great substitute for me to deal with mild pain. I first discovered topical pain relief patches when I recovered from abdominal surgery and needed topical pain relief around the scar site. They helped in a way that pills could not.
These are wormwood (actually translated to mugwort in English) based, with menthol and ginger and other warming, soothing ingredients. Mugwort is a powerful healing herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine, used in moxibustion treatments among acupuncturists.
These work well, though they don't always penetrate deep for deep muscle pain. On my knee they are great, but on my lower back the pain relief is less. The adhesive is a bit strong, so be careful how you place the patch if you have sensitive skin.

My mother-in-law has chronic knee pain...
