I was having weekly massages to try and release tension in my neck and shoulders by pressing trigger points in this area. I found this by accident, bought it and love it! It gets all the right spots that my messuage therapist did so it's great for keeping things looser and going longer between appointments.

This product is AMAZING! I have had it for about a month now, and wow! The quality is top notch. I took it with me to a physical therapy appointment and nearly all the therapist, assistants, office staff, and even a couple of patients gave it a try. Amazing quality, and extremely...
Amazing quality, and extremely effective. I used to pay $150 for massages every 4-6 weeks due to extremely knotted neck, shoulder, and back muscles due to stress from work (I've been told my muscles are more tense than patients with spinal cord injuries, and I have no such injury). I bought the Trapezius trigger point massager and then quickly bought the Back Knots Remover as well. Pricey for a very hefty bit of equipment - but worth every dollar. I haven't gone for a massage in three months and feel better than I have in years. I use it for 30-40min before bedtime and the fascial knots release more effectively than anything else I've tried.

I have had chronic neck and shoulder pain all year due to poor posture. I’ve tried everything from going to a chiropractor, going to stretch therapy, getting several massages over the course of eight months….nothing was working until I tried this device! Nice quality, no toxic smell, very good material. Ergonomic design that provides perfect fit for all sizes. The claw-like parts provide room for adjustments by widening or narrowing the distance between the claws. You can find the perfect spots by exploring/playing with it a little bit.
I was desperate to try all available options before trying epidural injections. I'm glad I found this, and together with right rehab exercises, it really helps with pain management. Or rather, on the days when I couldn't even get to the PT sessions due to swelling, burning sensation and pain, these tools were my only hope.

I work in healthcare...
I work in healthcare, and the anterior head position is starting to take a toll. Even though I get a massage every 4 weeks- the trigger points under my scapula we’re starting to become a constant.This “lobster” is one of the best things that I have purchased for self-care. Here is why:The heavy silicone is perfect if you are someone who wants a deep, deep tissue massage. It is very firm but also has give. Because of this, the "lobster" shape is slightly malleable, so that the width between the claws can be adjusted to fit your neck. If you pull the claws apart, they want to snap back together, which means that they exert pressure towards each other, and the massage nubs actually squeeze a little. It can also be flipped upside down so that the claws can be in your lower back, squeezing together on either side of your spine, and let me tell you if you have knots in your lower back, it is heaven. It is great to use lying down but I prefer having it behind my back while sitting on the couch because it is easier to move around and control the pressure. You kind of have to learn to use it, it isn't just for lying static on the pressure points. You can really work out some deep knots with this thing and it is a lot more versatile than just your upper back and shoulders. You can also use it on other body parts, like for example I put it on the ottoman to use on calves and feet. This is absolutely worth the money, it is very well made, NOT an eva foam material like so many other options. I am so happy with this tool that I am planning to buy a couple other items from this company, it is the same price as a one hour massage and provides me more relief."
